Cribben Hill Analytics, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit cribbenhillanalytics.com, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide and the minimal technical data required to operate the site:

  • Contact form submissions — your name and email address, and the message you send.
  • Technical data — your IP address, browser user agent, and the page origin, collected automatically when you submit our contact form.
  • reCAPTCHA data — Google reCAPTCHA v3 runs invisibly in the background to detect automated bot activity. It may collect your IP address, browser characteristics, and interaction patterns. See Section 4 for details.

We do not use cookies for tracking, run analytics scripts, or collect any data from visitors who do not submit the contact form.

How We Use Your Information

Information you provide is used solely to:

  • Respond to your inquiry or service request.
  • Verify that form submissions are legitimate (spam and bot prevention).
  • Maintain the security and integrity of our systems.

We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

Data Storage & Retention

Contact form submissions are stored in Google Firestore, a cloud database hosted in the United States. Submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes, and are then deleted.

We do not store payment information. No sensitive personal data beyond your name, email, and message is collected or stored.

Google reCAPTCHA v3

This site uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect against automated spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA v3 operates invisibly — it does not present challenges to users — but it does collect and send data to Google, including your IP address and browser interaction signals, to generate a spam-risk score.

This data collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. By using our contact form, you acknowledge and agree to Google's data collection as described in those policies.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Correction — request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Deletion — request that we delete your personal data.
  • Opt-out — California residents have the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us by email. We will respond within 30 days.

Third-Party Links & Services

This site may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies independently.

Third-party services used on this site:

  • Google reCAPTCHA v3 — spam protection (see Section 4).
  • Google Firestore — contact form data storage.
  • Google Fonts & Bootstrap CDN — typography and UI libraries, loaded from external CDNs. These may log your IP address as part of standard CDN request logging.
Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
